Things to Know About Getting Money

We've compiled some important details about receiving a payment through ZashPay.

  • If someone has sent you money using ZashPay, you must enroll with ZashPay or your participating bank or credit union in order to receive your payment
  • You must have a U.S.-based checking account and a U.S. address to use ZashPay
  • As receiver you are not required to pay a fee
  • If you're receiving a payment from someone and have never registered for ZashPay before, you will have 12 calendar days to register and claim the money
  • When enrolling, you'll also be asked to enter your payment account and contact information and to create a user name and password in order to ensure that your account transactions are as safe and secure as possible
  • When you enter your information to receive money, ZashPay checks whether your bank offers this service at its own website
  • If your bank offers the ZashPay service, you must sign in to your bank's website to claim your money
  • If you're using ZashPay through your bank, the money will be deposited directly into your checking account
  • If you're registered under an e-mail address that is different than the one your payment has been sent to, you may still apply the secure transaction code to get your funds
